SHKS collaborated with a biotech company to improve and expand their office space within a Bothell business park. SHKS partnered with the client to develop new office programs offering a variety of amenities including a new expanded break room, a wellness room for a variety of private employee needs, flexible open collaborative space, and a range of meeting rooms to meet the company’s growing needs. The layout doubled the client’s space on the floor and increased access to natural light for all employees, updated the office light fixture standards, provided clear circulation from existing office spaces to the new space, and increased accessibility at break room amenities accommodating a range of abilities.
